Applications
IPA is a universally recognised electronic cleaning solvent which
is suitable for use on a wide variety of electronic equipment and components
including tape heads, disc drives, PCB's, optical equipment, lenses, mirrors
and precision instruments.
It evaporates after application and does not leave any
residue.
It is considered to be safe on metals and most plastics, if
unsure of plastic compatibility, always test on an inconspicuous area before
general use.
Note
It is flammable not for use on live electrical equipment. Allow
solvent to fully evaporate before operating the equipment.
